Hello and welcome to the 77th Thursday Siege Event
This will be a weekly event hosted on a mixture of custom maps and offical maps
There will be a total of 4 rounds lasting for up an hour total, each side will defend and attack twice.
The Page for this event is still work in progress so please make sure everyone has read the rules before the event starts.
We are taking signups now so that we know what size maps to use.

Event Rules:
1) Attackers:
A - Must move out in lines of 5+ from Main spawn.
B - If spawning from a captured point or a forward spawn then must move out in a line of 3+.
C - Only 2 Officer class per regiment.
D - Only 1 sapper per regiment up to a max of 6 for the team.
E - Formations are not required for firing.
F - No using exploits to bypass defences such as walls.
2) Defenders:
A - If leaving the fort area must move out in a line of 5+.
B - Defenders cannot block doorways by exploiting any indestructible props/in game items.
C - Defenders may spawn on any preplaced spawns.
D - Max 3 Officer class per regiment.
E - Only 6 sapper maximum for the team.
F - Skirmisher/Lights rules apply when outside the fort (In your group of 5+).
3) General Rules:
A - Assigned regiments get priority on arty during the event but cannons can be used by other regiments if none of the preassigned regiments are using it.
B - Only Artillery and Line Infantry regiments allowed (No Sharps or Cav).
C - Only 1 regiment per team will be allowed as staff (see signup rules).
D - 1 medic per reg per team.
E - No ramboing.
F - No toxicity in chat (Racism, Homophobia, Excessive/Targeted Insults).
G - No intentional teamkilling.
Sign Ups:
- When signing up, you are simply signing up as an attendee to the event and we will assign units to you each week (This way not necessarily the same regiment will be artillery every week.
- There will be two regiments per team as artillery.
- Specialist sign ups (artillery) will be on the day of the event in the steam group chat.
- Please be as accurate as possible with expected numbers to aid in team balancing.
