Title: Uniform duplicates?

Also another question (you can see in the above picture too), the uniforms seem to be glowing.  How can I fix that?

you probably have uniform attachment pants in .brf
use OpenBRF
Look with Morgh's Editor which unit you are having. See what Uniform he has, look in items which mesh name it is. Look it up. See if there are any .1/2/3/4 with pants. Delete pants. Look at Uniform. View Uniform material on the upper view. Look at Specular. See if it is identical/similar to diffuse. If yes but too much white. Open .dds with any proper editing texture program like gimp with plugin or photoshop and darken white areas that match diffuse areas where there is only cloth uniform.

I'm aware of how to move objects, I was able to fix that, but the colouring is the problem.  The darker I go, the more ridiculous it looks, now looks like the whole thing is a shadow..
