Why do you want to be admin?: In all seriousness, I like being able to play on a GFing server with relative peacefulness and I actually enjoy keeping these servers fun for people who want to play without trolls.
Why should we let you be admin?: I follow the rules strictly without making exceptions or showing favoritism, I can understand the differences between joking or messing around and people ruining the fun for others. I use my powers within reason which is designated by the owner of the server. (I was ruthless on NA GF because all admins were told they had full discretion). I would like to contribute to the growth of a server that's more orderly than whatever fucking mess BoB GFing is.

This makes me think. First pedro's, then this, this is some really interactive leadership. I should have a meeting (or meetings) for the BBG public servers admin. I literally haven't had one for some reason. They must be surviving without me lol. If there is an issue I just act like man of the house and threaten them.You know, real servers do meetings, no surprise BBG doesnt need them :P

He's actually a good admin, he just got drunk and came on there. He also didn't break rules (got near the line though) just didn't do actions that are considered admin worthy. So I banned him for a few days til he got sober, but the vast majority pubs were asking me to unban him. But I gave him the exact expectations and I had to make a specific deal with him on what he knows he'll lose admin for.
But I always expect and hope for the best from the admin leadership, so I want to give them the chance to prove it, and when they mess up, I don't want them to be afraid of me, I want them to come to me to tell me there's an issue. And that we can work it out. I'm pretty understanding.

It's neither good or bad for the BBG. It means more work for me, getting hosts ($), maybe setting up scripting, recruiting admins, setting and installing ruleset, making forum threads.
It's more like I don't want to see a certain server type die, so I'll host one if there's not one around for the NA side so we get good ping. That's what it was with cav, and zombies, and a couple others.
I'm just trying to keep this community strong as I can til Bannerlord, or I go back to work here after therapy for my 3.5 year old injury (or my wife bans me from this like she did with Skyrim in 2015). Not sure which is going to happen first.

idk past week it's been bob oriented besides 1 day when bob server was lagging and everyone switched back to pubif that's so then it'll not be long before people start getting tired of the server administration on BoB again,

many more pubs and other regimentals go on dallas more often than chicago

To be fair, if someone said they'd put up a California GF for the community I would vote that. You're right, people will vote for what's closest to them. That's why I would say to be fair just pick middle US if someone could pick where their server would be.
