Title: Rubberbanding and Character freezing in place. Despite 30 ping.

I have had this problem for around 2 years now. Something which has made it incredibly frustrating to play on the Groupfighting server.

I have mostly experienced this on the Groupfighting server, seeing as that is the server I mostly play on.
What happens is my character randomly rubberbands/freezes in place for just a split second, every other second or two. Sometimes my character lags just as I'm about to attack, so that I dont hit the timing and I get stabbed when I normally should've stabbed the guy first. This makes meleeing incredibly frustrating.

Here is a video recorded by a guy in my reg who has the same problem.
I'm reffering to the first clip(s). It might be hard to notice when watching it, but it is incredibly noticeable when playing. If you have the same problem you'll know what I'm talking about.
I could attempt to record some clips myself that show the problem more clearly if the linked video doesnt do a good enough job.

Had some people recommend that to me in-game. I'll try it out and see what happens, thanks :)
