I have downloaded it correctly and placed it into my module. None of the servers for the mod show up. I have verified the cache. What do I do now?

Ensure the module is called Blood and Iron Age of Imperialism to join servers.
Use the server filter to checkmark 'Compatible with module' setting above the list of servers. If you have any server filter setting on ping or game-mode, turn it off to see servers.
