Considering how fast firing and deadly the guns are in this, I don't think the reload rules really matter anymore. Chances are you won't see who shot you let alone if they were reloading or not at the time.
Firing in lines? Are you insaiyen? Why not move in like skirmisher formations. Could have the rules as lines can only fire when in a halted formation.hmm true, if everyone is in lines then the rounds might go pretty quickly, especially with the OP guns and stuff

Some suggestions:There will be some changes in the future. Of course with one head admin there and it being our first event we got to see some early problems. I am thinking we could do battles, sieges, and perhaps conquest's.
Rounds should be only 10-15 minutes long.
Sappers should be regulated to artillery crew.
Admins should try and encourge some regiments to move up to avoid the drawn out stalemate BS.
Also, if we are doing Conquest or other modes have a quick look at the modules maps in advance. Also, every week should be this combination of factions:
France Prussia.
France British Empire.
British Empire Prussia.

QIG servers aren't the problem. I'm fairly certain it's either 1.) the mod or 2.) restarting it at the proper time before the event.
I've used QIG to host events for the past couple years and they've always been fine.
If you guys would like to offer an alternatives, feel free to. ;D
