I wouldn't say they have surpassed 91st, the way the new 92nd have attained notable community members is purely because none of these old Regiments exist anymore. No 91st, 92nd, 17e, 14e, Nr24 and so on. Heinrich is not stupid, he knows where most of his members loyalty lies. But on top of that he is a decent guy, the community is old and I guess people joined 92nd simply because others from these older regiments did, people who don't really take the game fully seriously anymore and just want the odd Linebattle. 92nd havent surpassed 91st or any of the older Regiments, the reason this new 92nd looks decent is because none of the older Regiments exist and the ones that do are now performing poorly because people don't really care that much about NW anymore.
Sorry if that offended you but it's the truth. If Heinrich formed his 92nd 3 years ago he would have had to work 1000x harder to get in the position he is now.
