I mean sure maniac is better then some people above him just like Emo is. However the list is based on how real life sports HOF does it which is about building up a legacy. You build up a legacy by playing for a good amount of time & achieving things along the way to help boast it up. If I based it on oh this guy can beat so and so it will be even harder to make a accurate list because almost everyone has beaten someone else at one point. Maniac is only an 80 because he hasn’t really done too much to deserve anything higher then that besides win 2 leagues with USMC & 6te. 81 though does seem like a good spot to place him.
