So how does this work? I see bill has better tournament wins over RitZ in every category except silver, but that makes him higher than bill? I assume it just came down to your own opinion on who was better?

Edit: Seems this is the case for most of it actually. So was the making of this list your opinion on who the best were and just adding their tournaments?

That was a good read of Bill vs Russian & Godfreid. Okay so I based the ratings like I said consistency (being for example being top 25 in NA for a period of time or being top NA player for a period of time or do that plus comeback and do well in a impact match or competitive events in general for another period of time), how much the player impact their regiment (I meant by impact in 1v1s or GFs with melee, frags, clutches, etc. not leading or keeping a regiment around), and I made it where tournament had a 10-20% impact since all tournaments are different based on skill, size, etc.   

Why Bill was put higher

The reason Russian is a 95 because Bill and Russian started to become good around the same time (Winter 2014 - Spring 2015), both had big impact for the regiments they were in for example Bill with 58e & Russian with 71st, both guys did put up great numbers in majority of 1v1s they played in, however the the big factor I decided on was the fact that Bill was consistent at being arguably top 10 ( At least top 15) in NA in Dueling & Gfing for a good 2-3 year period compare to Russian focusing on being a top 15 gfer for the same period of time. Although Russian in my option was the best player in 2017 and dominated everyone I have to give Bill the edge for being consistent in both dueling & gfing for a long period of time. Also to be fair Bill was banned from NWL for quite a long time for something stupid but I won't go there.

Why RitZ was put higher

Yes Bill has won more tournaments but you got to realize when I added weekly tournament (which back then people never wanted to recognize them as "official tournaments" it boasted everyone's tournament wins including Bill's. If I do remove weekly tournaments RitZ would have more. RitZ was pretty consistent over time longer than Bill since he played longer. RitZ impacted 3eVolt a lot during their multiple runs in 1v1s and was one of the guys that set the standard for 3e melee (correct me if I am wrong).

Ritz was scared to ft7 me and I beat tammo in our only ft7 in a tourney...

I understand you guys might want to rate people higher for nostalgia or whatever because they started playing the game before me and all...but them niggas werent on my level

Ritz and Jackie were the top gfers when I started playing on NA gf alot but then the king took over shortly after
