Looks good although I was under the impression that the Louisbourg Grenadiers were a temporary battalion with Grenadier companies drawn from the 22nd, 40th and 45th Regiments of Foot. Kronoskaf is a good site for researching the uniforms of the French and Indian/Seven Years War:

  You could do what the Zulu war mod (multiplayer) did and have three uniforms that are picked at random. For example in the AZW mod, the naval brigade was different with white or navy blue tunics and then either the traditional naval hat or a straw hat. I am not sure about bearskins as I know of some regiments that put furs over their cloth mitres whilst on campaign in the Americas (may have been the 60th Royal Americans).

I think the independent fighters will have a lot of bearskins and fur (or at least i hope so). I hope also that the uniforms and so on will all be a bit muddy and dirty, as in the jungle and other landscapes of north america at this time there wasn't a lot of civilization (e.g. good streets etc.) ... But in fact i have no big influence on that :D

No problem. As I said in another post, Osprey have some good books on the armies of the era (well pretty much every war in history), I have the books on the French army, if you want me to I can scan in some of the pictures and PM you although as the Osprey illustrations are popular you may have already seen them.
  One thing as well with uniforms is that they tended to fall apart pretty quickly (a private would be lucky to have his uniform survive one year), one reason why the British soldiers fighting in the War of Independence modified their uniforms so that they had more material to patch them up (also because the tails kept getting snagged on things).

This is the Iroquois Country map that we working at the moment! You can see at your right a eventual Iroquois village, but house props of NW will be modificated by native props who are actually in WIP. This map will be a large forest map, which will have the atmosphere of the wild region of the time!

For those who do not know, Proton is our new mapper. He will work especially with me for the design and mapping of the all immersive open world. Welcome to him!  ;D

Looks good, can't wait to see what the Huron houses will look like (must be complicated to make I'd wager). I have just started back at University and one of my main topics is the English Colonization of America from 1600-1700 ( a little bit before this mods time frame). If I come across anything that might be of interest I will send it to you.

Yes, guys! We are in testing phase already for the open world prototype project/event (who will take place in Napoleonics Wars community). So, for that, we realize test on private servers (only dev team and friend dev team have access). Indeed, like I said before, a little video coming to present the open world system with the new updates.  ;)
