Time: Around 2:00PM EST on 7/18/14
Reason: I was playing a map and teamkilled multiple players that were away from keyboard. Prior to the permanent ban I teamwound some players and had some accidental team kills. I do not think I offended any one online through my chat, but did cause great harm and grief to the players that I injured/killed. I regret this action and hope that I will be allowed back into the server.
