Name under which you were banned: Hunwald

Which official server(s) are you banned from? The NA Official servers (it seems like there are three now.)

What was happening when you got banned? I used a lewd term when protesting the ban of a friend of mine, and was banned for it by Getty.

Did you break any other rules prior to your ban? I believe I was permanently banned by Thunderstormer for having too many infractions. I can only assume I was banned several times for various things, but I don't know if I recall correctly.

Why should you be unbanned? I was but a boy when I was banned last. A pubescent young man with no room in his frantic mind but for the entertainment of his friends. I graduated high school in 2016 and have attended an institution of higher learning for two years now. It has been long since I found comfort in the joys of NA1; I am grown decrepit. I have nowhere to go, nowhere to go but home. Please find charity within your heart and have mercy upon an old veteran.

What was happening when you got banned: I was asking Getty about why he banned my friend Jarkarll and protested that he shouldn't have permanently banned him for saying fag, and I phrased it like f4g to ask him about it and he responded with www.fsegames.eu/forum and permanently banned me.

I really would like to be unbanned, it's been a long time since my last ban.

Please have mercy upon my soul, it's been really long and I am very sorry.

First off, here is the rule regarding admin complaints.

- Do not harass or argue with admins. In the event that you are unhappy with an admins behaviour or ruling on a matter, please take a record and appeal to Deofuta, Thunderstormer, or Littleguy for NA, or Crusader, Tiki, Cinzii for EU.

and putting a 4 instead on an a still doesn't make it ok.  It still counts as a slur.  You were warned on the 17th for doing something similar.

New User Corollary

When a person is banned, for whatever reason, I regard their persona as banned and do not expect to see them frequenting our servers or teamspeak any longer. However, as Napoleonic Wars is quite a fun game, I abide by a simple maxim when it comes to buying a new copy of it. That is, if you buy a new copy of the game, with a new name, no ties to your previous persona, you will not be pursued for any actions you committed previously - only the most egregious violations being exempt from this. In short, if you get permanently banned, buy a new CD-Key, get a new name and don't dwell on what you did previously.

I know that putting a 4 in place of the A is wrong and I'm sorry, I just didn't expect to be banned just for saying that. I wasn't trying to argue with Getty anyway and I was just trying to find out why he banned Jarkarll.

I don't want to have to buy a new game and use a new Steam account to play on NA1, it's the only server I go on besides NA_Groupfighting sometimes. I know that you said that it was my last straw but I really think I fixed up for the past three months and I haven't had problems with any admins since early July.

Now I know that Thunderstormer said it was my last chance like a month or two ago but I just think this is all stupid and that I shouldn't have been permanently banned for saying f4g, and I was just trying to fix things up.

This is the first time I've been banned in four months Thunder, the last time I was banned was in February. What do you mean how many times? I've been banned twice on NA1 as far as I know. It's a game, Thunder, I don't want to be fucking permanently banned for saying a recruitment message with the buds after a regimental battle. I enjoy this shit like any other player including yourself and I don't want to be banned from the biggest battle server, that just sucks. I mean, if I mass TK'd and spammed fag or something that's one thing but a single fucking recruitment message? Give it a break man, it's going overboard. I wasn't even banned on spot, I was banned with logs. I wouldn't have posted the message if I knew I'd be in this shit. The first time I was banned it was for saying some profanity and the like, and my attitude has massively improved since that ban and I don't want it all to go to waste.
