I know its EU Server. But I play on them all the time and can perform/handle it, and im sure there are others out there like me

Why should you be Captain?: I have been leading one of the most successful EU AND NA regiments in the game for over 1 year.  I understand the relationship and diversities between the two, and play on eu servers everyday.  I interact with EU all the time, and i enjoy being a combined community rather than a segregated high tensional one.  With the USA, I would like to represent this country instead of standing by watching, and will make sure this team consists of the best American players who can play to the same level or slightly lower on the EU server.  I could hold tryouts on my Germany server for the USA team if needed, but I'm sure many would like to represent for the first world cup.  Again thanks for letting this happen !

I think there is no USA because it is European Cup, not world cup.
