Reason For Ban: Its pretty self-evident; When joining GF he was delaying and messing about with another guy which is fair enough when there is only a few people on gf. However the round after when round started I went to fight a person on the other team and was intentionally tk'd by this guy. I instantly screenshot as he typed "1v1", presumably he tk'd me bcz he wanted to duel that same guy I attacked. Not only does that incriminate him but looking at the screenshot its clear to see his position which does not indicate any reasonable accidental teamkill. I don't think I have ever made a ban request before but just felt it was necessary. I understand there is very little evidence but I mentioned this to Ry4n and he can vouch that the player in question was messing about on the server including disrespecting him in chat at a later time when I was typing out this ban request.

Imagine losing to Poosy 16-5~ and then enjoying 4th place anyway. Topic is closed, Germany beat you fairly and getting a spot in the Grand-Final plus reserve themselves the 2nd place title and 50$ prize.

P.S. And yeah, the fact that you will play Germany instead of Poosy was announced on 28th of October or even before, when I pmed Melsyo on Steam. Nobody from you were saying anything about it that time. What happened now? Trying to be a white knight, judge the rules - after your lose is the smartest thing you can actually do, of course.

Before you do anything I am not on about the previous topic but am simply replying to your statement where you defamed me.

The illogicality of what have just said proves how you haven't read or understood my comment. I don't know if some ukrainian take on english includes "white knight" to a alternate definition but from what I can find it generally means "a person or thing that comes to someone's aid.". So out of this description explain how I have arose to this slander.

Chance is still chance, accepting the premise that chance is involved means that there was an instance where jedis could beat poosy. People still win the lottery even if chances are over one in a million. The fact that GER lost and got another opportunity and yet jedi only 1 opportunity in the tournament. How is that fair please explain to me. Never have I seen the like of this where money is involved. That the tournament can simply be edited regardless of the rules and standing. Therefore you have broken the "fair play" principle stated in § 1 of rules


1.You make explicit reference to swiss system of tournament whereby "The winner is the competitor with the highest aggregate points earned in all rounds" That is not the case for Semi-finals whereby GER progresses with lower aggregate points than poosy and jedi. JUST BECAUSE POOSY DISBANDED DOES NOT DELETE THEIR STANDING IN THE TOURNAMENT AND DELETE THE PREVIOUS MATCHES THAT OCCURED. Therefore when already selected for the match-up they cannot be omitted from the fixture . If you wanted to have this function why didn't you include it in the rules... Therefore rule § 3 League Format & Multiteaming has been broken to a gross negligent extent .


2.You broke the rule in the scheduling of match where it is again "Teams are seeded randomly." The fixture of jedi v GER was selected by marxeil SUBJECTIVELY NOT OBJECTIVELY/RANDOMLY . No matter your view, it is still a fact that the fixture was not picked randomly even with evidence of marxeil himself

3. The date from the quote above is when the change of fixture was officially announced. 22nd-28th of October is stated on the page. Therefore this fixture was made before poosy disbanded so the match cannot be altered, as out of match-ups at the Quarter Finals it was Jedi, Poosy, Snappers and Tz0 that emerged to Semi Finals with highest aggregate points. I cannot stress enough how wrong this principle of retrospective action is. There is a reason why its ilegal/unconstitutional to legislate retrospectively i.e for example criminalise people who commit an action that was legal at the time of action. It is unfair and unjust. To explain the events an issue has suddenly arose after match-ups have been chosen for the semi final whereby poosy has disbanded. Marxeil then decides to omit the results that had previously occurred retrospective of previous standing and alter the match ups, putting in GER. Again by poosy disbanding this does not delete their previous match results in the tournament therefore under no circumstances can they be omitted from the match unless there has been a provision for this eventuality in the rules, which there hasn't been.


Look I'm in Jedi, Im not salty about the loss and I didn't insult GER in any way. I only have just quoted the rules and presented you with the ways in which they were broken for this match and the negligent organisation of this match.  Now I dont't know what your english is like Marxeil but I'm not confident that you will be able to understand what I'm presenting to you. I know you won't go back on what you did as most people wouldn't so I don't care if the match of GERvJedi is voided or not. All I would like is for you to acknowledge the breach of rules that you committed and your negligence.

Oh shit hi Peter I hope you will read this. It has been such a long time since I have played NW but man it looks like you have done an amazing job making 17e. We all had some really great times in 15th_YR. It was actually by luck that I decided to go onto fse for the first time in ages. I remember when you bought me a flying game, :sniff: :sniff: for £5 and even today I still haven't played it. I will play this now, in memory of Pieter RIP and good luck in the future you Dutch ship capitititititain.
