There can only be one 8e Régiment d'Infanterie de Ligne on the list, especially if both are in EU. As would be the usual standard, the one founded first has first rights to the name. Both were apparently founded on the same day, but Maxonovien's FSE thread was created an hour and a half earlier.

With that being the case, Maxonovien's regiment will be the only one added to the list. If some sort of deal is worked out between your regiments, I might put the second one on, but until then, Max's is the only one added.

Even so, no thread was posted on FSE for anyone else to be able to see until after Max's was made. Sadly, Taleworlds is an often overlooked website for regiments. Many regiments may post threads there, but due to Taleworlds' own wishes, it does not fall under my domain. Other regiments exist without making threads anywhere at all, some that we will never know of. Without a record of existence that everyone can see on FSE, I cannot say that a regiment name was taken.

It may seem unfair, but unfortunately, there's no truly fair way to handle it. There was no way for Max to know your regiment existed without using a different website, so as far as FSE was concerned, the name was untaken. Max was the first one on FSE to say that he was using the name, so it will be the one listed on the FSE Regiment List.
