Well the criteria says everything counts up to 6 months ago and he did beat Grim 7-2 after the last list was posted. Regardless of that though, I don't think that's fair because I don't think some people on the list have even participated in tournaments, let alone placed top 3, nor have they won any distinctive ft7's, so like a ton of people at every level of the rating should flat out be removed.
