Attacking and weapon equipping glitches

I have a consistent problem with my weapons not attacking but making the sound or with not being able to unsheathe my weapon. I've heard other people complain about this in chat during games and I was wondering why this happens and why it hasn't been fixed.

Well,I saw that bug but mostly on big-commander battle servers.
I think its because of the lag,not the ping but the amount of bots and players.
It unbugs and eventually equips your soldier,but its annoying.
