In the Swedish army only the Grenadiers received bayonets for a long time, it took until 1706 until the majority of the infantry had received bayonets, i think If you spawn as a musketeer there is a random chance if you get a musket with a bayonet or not. With a higher likely hood being you getting one.

You make a good point here, in the early war most of the infantry did not even wear bayonets but sabers.
