The first time I was apprised of the league's sign-ups closing on Monday specifically was when Yolo messaged me 2 minutes prior to them closing. I only received his message 30 minutes later as I was not at my computer, after which I signed up with all possible expediency. Yolo himself can confirm this, as can the Steam logs from that night. The only reason you feel that this is intentional is because of our previous history, therefore supporting the fact that you're doing this simply due to the fact that it's me, and not owing to any objective circumstance. You yourself even state that you would not have an issue with this normally, yet you are seemingly making every possible excuse to exempt me from playing, even going so far as to leave your player pool with a deficient number of players and selecting less-than-ideal captains. I get you dislike me-and the feeling is mutual-but this level of blatant bias is just asinine.

You allowed not 1, not 2, but 12 people to sign-up late for the only other NW tournament you've hosted which entailed individual player applications. The screenshot also shows that at least 4 of said players were even present for the gf portion of the tournament alone. You'll allow 12 people to sign-up late, 3-4 days late in some cases, yet refuse to allow 3 people-who all applied within 30 minutes to a day-play despite the fact that you have an insufficient number of applicants for your player pool. I know you can't respond with any legitimate justification, but just thought I'd post the evidence of your hypocrisy.

His personal policy on being lenient towards late sign-ups, not the tournament sign-up policy. Again, just because he did something 4 years ago, doesn't mean he should be compelled to do it again.
There's also no evidence of him not allowing you in being the result of whatever personal issues you two may have, again, if he allowed the other late sign-ups in, but kept you out, I could see the case of it being personal bias and hypocrisy, but as it is right now, there's no evidence for it being the case.

Even if the defendant had failed to become aware of the competitive event through announcements, for which Cwater enjoys participating in, it would be hard to believe his friends, which he has insinuated to have many, failed to notify him of such an occasion.

The draft AND stream will be TONIGHT! Sleek has decided to just do the stream tonight after we finish the draft. The exact time is unknown since the draft itself will probably take 1-2 hours. If I had to guess, somewhere around 10:30 to 11EST since the draft is at 9. Whenever we finish, Sleek is going to put something together real quick for everyone to see, and then we will have interviews with each captain to talk about the draft and what they thought of how it turned out.

When I went to speak with Cwater in our post game interview, he looked me dead in the eye and said, "Sleek sucks". He then proceeded to storm out of the room. The Penn State superstar was held to limited production in the second half of the final map, which Penn State went on to lose in overtime.

Felt great. Played great. Did everything I could. Landed all the stabs, hit all my chambers, got my target switches. Got the first, second, third hit almost every single round. Dominated in all facets of the game. Nothing was stopping me. Except the NW Gods. They decided we weren't winning tonight, and that's ok. We will be ready for our next match.
