You could look for it in your Mount and Blade:Warband Napoleonic Wars folder. Im not sure what the file is called though.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\Napoleonic Wars\Textures

I believe it is the file called main_menu_nord.dds.

Use photoshop to convert it into a PNG or JPEG
