They also abolished it right after the war ended, an act I'm sure the South would have GLADLY went through with(Give or take 5 to 8 decades).  The owners were defeated entirely on both sides with the Thirteenth Ammendent's ratification.  Although it doesn't help any of us out that we treated the blacks like shit for the next century.


But yeah, I guess I said it wrong when implying that the Slave owners lost big time but instead came out with an ignorance towards the North's own slave practices

MFW people still think the Civil war was fought over slavery. It was fought because of Northern Aggression and State's Rights. The North had slaves aswell when slavery was ended some of the slaves that left the south  actually came back to the south bc they were treated better there than they were anywhere else. On top of that you're precious Abraham Lincoln that people always gloat about freeing the slaves he didn't even want to free them he never believed the blacks should've had the same rights as Whites. Last but not least lets also remember that the slaves the North had were the Irish mainly the North really fucked with the Irish as they would get off the boats the Men and Sons from single men 20-45 and married men up to the age of 35 we're instantly drafted into the north's army because of the Enrollment Act.

Fun fact: 6 confederate Generals were irish.
