All he does anyways is merge in get the rank put it as an achievement on his list, goes inactive and then fucks off to join an other regiment to repeat everything above haha.

Imo just keep doing what you are doing having 20-25 attendance is amazing compared to some other regiments, it's even more then some veteran regiments which is just funny all together :P

Keep doing what you are doing and surely you will become even bigger and better  ;)
