Since we do rentals by the day, if you don't like something, you won't lose your money with us and be stuck for the entire month.

For our pricing we're trying to remain competitive, I see on other threads people saying hosting is too expensive so we're trying to help.

Once BCoF is released or they open up the server files for it I would love to host it.

DDoS protection is similar to other providers, smaller attacks will get filtered automatically, large saturation type attacks that took down Paypal and Amazon will result in null routing the attack so it bounces back/drops.  During that time we can also change ports or IP if you want to avoid the attack.  Quite a few options.

Sweet. Yeah, the 54th uses Bluefang solutions to host our 200 slot server but if we can find a better deal than hell yeah! And 14 bucks for 200 slots is a really good deal. The only thing is that it sounds too good to be true.

Alright, my other question is that one of our members had rented a server from you and he said that you only put 2 servers on one box at a time. (US Locations) If we were to purchase another, could we put both servers on the same one? You know to control the ping so we can run events in high traffic times.

That's weird, you practically offer the exact same as he does only about x3 more the price due to whatever reasons that may be.. that is weird.

Anywho, @LLS I may purchase a 200+ server later next week and you can expect a review couple weeks after that. Probably only for one month as I need a temp server anyway but with these prices, who knows.

Well after a week support finally came through. It wasn't there fault (they were great, constantly helping and trying to sort the problem) is was just a really obscure problem , A, :P

These guys are fantastic, support was constant replying all the time and the server is great!

Don't forget if a mod isn't listed we can add it or you can just FTP it to the server.  Control Panel TCAdmin1 and 2 support server side zip and unzipping so as long as the folder paths are correct you can upload one zip and then unzip it and be done.

You never answered my question, but given it was a couple posts back you might not have seen it haha.

Can you run two servers on the same system if requested? We would like to have a server locked down for us if we were to purchase a second server. So we can keep the ping under control durin high traffic times.

France, don't waste your money with NYC. NYC servers are hardly ever bought by any stable groups. Mainly because they have learned the 85% of the world cannot connect with a decent ping on east coast servers. People from Cali will get the same ping as someone from Germany. France would be a better option looking from a business perspective.

If you could find us a way to hook us up with a St. Louis server it would be awesome. I know that it doesn't have a whole lot of connections running out of there which could limit server bandwidth but for the servers you do have there (I suggest a small amount) would run like they are made from gold.

We had an issue today where there was a ' in a username which failed automation for that one order, it's been fixed and online.

I would love to switch our server to you folks, but I have one issue. The paypal we use is not verified through a bank account or credit card to ensure all donations go to the server upkeep, unfortunately that interferes with me making normal payments. We use BFS currently because they have an account funds option on their website where I can donate funds directly to their website and pay from there. Do you folks have anything like this or something else that I could use to get around this barrier? Currently this is the only thing stopping me from switching providers.

Update: resolved. I understand the pains of tcadmin and WHMCS. All resolved now and I've been compensated an extra day

Correct, after 35 slots, it's the same price as the 200 slot deal we currently have going on.
You can use less slots and change this as you need to for different scenes.

So I had a 200 slot server for about a month, and here's my review.

Obviously the price was good. I had some issues with setup, but they added an extra day because of the time lost to setup errors.
First event hosted on it was ok, around 120 players, average pings of 65-70ms. Not bad.
Second event was much the same.
I saw some issues in the third event, however. We had around 160 players and pings averaged around 90-120ms, with the chat constantly duplicating itself.

Other stuff: Control panel was standard TCAdmin, solid enough. Client area was a bit tough to navigate, but not too bad overall. I submitted 1 support ticket and the response time was ~13 hours.

All in all, not bad if you need cheap. I can't knock it for the price it's at, but I'm curious to see a 250 slot server in action.

Wanted to mention that all servers remained online during http://www.weather.com/news/southern-plains-southeast-derecho-20141003 however our staff was a bit slow in replying to the two tickets we had this weekend as our power, then internet went out, as well as having to hide in a basement for a while.
No open tickets currently.
There was one DDoS attack during this time to single client's Chicago server, but was dealt with by the onsite technicians and within 4 hours was fully filtered and back to solid low latency.

In our US locations, where available, now have direct premium transit with Telia, CenturyLink, XO and Fibertech.
In addition to our previous direct providers Level3/TW Telecom, Verizon, AT&T, Time Warner Cable/Comcast and Cogent.
We couldn't find any available upgrades that we didn't already have in our EU locations.
Intellegent routing finds the most reliable and lowest latency route for your packets.

If there is a feature you want that we don't have, or a suggestion, let us know!

Just bought a 30 slot Server from them,was up in about 5 minutes. So far seems stable,tested with around 15 players. Also ran it with 60 bots (each bot is counted as 1/2 a player),handled it no problem.

Purchase was simple,no issues there.

For ~$8 with the July code can't really go wrong.

We've upgraded our SSL certificates on all areas of our site to be more fluid and universal among browsers.
We have the latest updates and mods under our control panel for one click install as usual, if anything is missing please let us know in a support ticket and we will get it added.

We've upgraded hardware in all locations and added more transit providers in NYC and Chicago (all other locations already have all available providers).  Hardware upgrades were already done on existing game server setups, so clients do not need to do any form of work or migration.
The billing hosting backend has been migrated to a much better host.
Since everything uses DNS, clients shouldn't need to do anything unless by chance they were using IP addresses for our billing panel (We don't see any requests on our old billing host, but if you do happen to have any issues accessing our billing panel please let us know)

You can also do a reinstall and it will be a fresh 1.171 install only(you will lose all custom files).
NW should still work the same on it.

We from the 13th Royal Scots were wondering if anyone has experience with these EU servers. Is it able to hold 200 players without any problem? Are there any lag spikes?

We host a rather big event every Saturday (around 180-200 players) and were thus asking some questions about these servers before we decide to host our server here :)
