Basically trade games and vouchers for other things using the STEAM community trading mechanics. You can also offer MMO and other game promotional codes.
Remember to never give your password out to anyone, and PM said codes to each using STEAM or private messaging of the forums.

You're great, thanks! Hopefully this will ease the Fallout 4 pain. I've been playing a lot of Fallout 3 + New Vegas lately, but I lost all the earlier games. ALL of the earlier games.

Paradox really was happy they managed to shift a game that wasn't notoriously buggy and actually fun, hence the sale and coupon glut.
