Clutches, and the best player you know

Is this thread just "best meleers" or actually about clutches? Like back in 2012-2013 I could clutch in an LB but couldn't melee for shit (never could rip). Tbh the only reason I included the people I included was because I've seen them clutch really well consistently.

Which is odd as you can be a bad melee'er and still clutch by spinning i.e crumpet. Back in MM (the only true melee system) it wasn't uncommon for a round to be clutched 1v10, or at least not as uncommon as it would be today. This happened even though the only way to one hit someone was a downstab and somehow 1v10 clutches where more prominent.

It's nice to see people posting larger lists than just top 5 or top 10, because stating a top 5 or 10 as such is going to be not only somewhat biased but also x player can beat y player but then b player might beat x player and then y player can beat b player, skill on NW is not really something you can judge very easily unless you have been playing for at least 3 years partaking in lots of tournaments, leagues and events (as well as public servers a decent bit of course), and even then it's not exactly easy to judge who is the "best". But I quite like these big lists so whilst I have nothing better to do I'ma post my own (don't get salty if you're not on it, I either forgot or in my opinion you're just not good enuf soz m8834s), P.S this is in no specific order and I put any quarrels aside;

Since I didn't really play competitivly before 2015, my NA names, for 2015, would be- listed randomly.
Ap0c, Tammo, Lithios (When he came back), JackieChan, Maple, AsianP, Mitchell, Fireboy, Shine, DJ Overjoy, Puppy, Chev, Ritz, Suns, Kovy and Mang. (And me =P)
These were all players who, in 2015, had an impact in the competitive NA melee scene and were the "players to beat" so to speak.

I'm honestly going to say that CluelessWill is probably the best melee'r in both Europe and North America. He was one of the few who won all his tournaments with an average of less then 7 seconds a round. The guy was a complete legend capable of anything and everything. I'm surprised he sort of fell off.
