I would like to present to you the brand new event coming once a month to NW! This event is a Public Cavalry Event for all regiments no matter what they play to attend. Within this event all classes are on the table, this includes heavies, lancers and dragoons (The Shooty ones!). The main purpose of this event is not only to bring the cavalry community closer by giving an event they can go to but to also help get some more new players joining the cavalry community. Basically regiments will be able to show off their cool looking formations to people who may be new/looking for a new regiment to join. That and also It thought it be fun! The event will be played on a 200 slot server so there will be plenty of room for a lot of regiments and public players that being said, you should also expect lag coming to this event due to the scale we are trying to get it to.
Now let me explain how the event will work. Regiments need to sign up here rather then just show up to the event. Reason being is 1 day before the event has started a password will go around to all the regiment leaders. This password will allow their regiment to join taking up a reserved slot. This means that even if the server does reach around the 200 people mark, your guys will still be able to get on and join in the fun! In the event there will be 4 rounds in total. The first 3 will be a standard cavalry battle just on a much larger scale. For the last round we will be making two massive lines of cavalry and doing a rohirrim charge. This will be the best opportunity to take screenshots etc! We would also like some people to live stream the event if possible increasing its popularity for the event.
