About the Swiss players: we have decided to allow the Swiss players to join the Italian team as well, if they are able to understand the italian language. This, to let more people attend the event, and to give Italy a few extra players that might be needed.
And Swiss who can speak French? 
They are not allowed to join the french team, since France clearly can do a team on its own, and doesn't need any player from other places (such as french speaking Belgians or Swiss).
