Yes. Swedish M40. I plan on getting replacements for those as well eventually because the pattern and features aren't right. They were great 20 years ago when people were either wearing originals or conversions, but not in today's world when we have the repros available.

We should all go to Newville Ostfront next year and shoot Munk. Bee tee dubs you look good. Especially as a target.

My dad and I flew in from San Francisco two days ago for a week of battlefield touring before the event. So far we've done Atlanta, chickamauga, Chattanooga, lookout mountain, stones river and Corinth. In the next few days were hitting Shiloh, Vicksburg, brice's crossroads and picketts mill.
Of course, I also think lines should be able to move in double rank without having emotional breakdowns.

In my opinion, Lookout Mtn and Chickamuga are the best battlefield. So beautiful.

I enjoy walking through in my uniform

If you're up for that, I recommend walking the sunken road at Shiloh in uniform. Best period moment also Hornet Nest is on part of it.
