Is the rank system implemented already?

I will be honest: There is a problem with it at the moment. The rank system (which is based on a tool), requieres a good, stable und trustfull FTP server. I cannot effort such a server currently.

Springfield 42 and Harpers Ferry will get the bayonet ability,
Mississippi and Lorenz will get better accuracy, but no fix bayonet. (They can still knock down an enemy with their rifle)

Yes, depends on the company you choose in the unit selection. Most units have different companies, with its own unique uniform.
