I've been approached by quite a few sad men that feel the list was a tad biased!

In order to remove most bias claims I have decided to completely rewrite the list with only 2 people from the top 6 regiments giving their input. I will again take the average of these ratings, and provide the same list format.

I hope this sorts out the bias claims, and satisfies the young warriors eager to prove themselves.

Messages have been sent out to almost all raters, but the forum only allows 10 personal messages to be sent each hour, so in an hour time I will fullfill this task.

I don't see a point in trying to "remove the bias", the list was surely biased but any other list that follows it will be biased as well, in a different way, but biased nevertheless. Which is simply natural and inevitable rather than bad or wrong, since no matter who you ask to vote, they will project their personal likes and dislikes onto their rating. If I were asked to vote, I would totally give excessively good ratings to my best friends in the game like Erik or Quack and maliciously underrate people I hate.

Only Remao has achieved true nirvana and complete detachment from human passions, thus being able to vote objectively from his hermit hut in the middle of a french bamboo forest where he lives surrounded by biches and hannetons.
