Yeah, I meant for people to just wait for their rating to be updated before eventually complaining about them, not to stop the comments altogether. 

I don't think you understand.. You have included the tier's number (4) as a rating. There are 11 per player.

No, you can see how some tier 3 players have a 4 as the first number or tier 4 players having a 3 so there is no way that the first number means that

@Grozni Yeah sorry I misunderstood your earlier comment but as Jesu pointed it out, having the first number of each line being the 'tier' doesn't make sense.

Plus there are 12 people officially named as contributors in the OP so that would make sense as for why most players have 12 different ratings (and not 11 like you suggested).

True. The list has errors and I used the one of Hannes as a sample. Which had an error.

Hannes: Tier 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 = 1,18
Should be 1,08, the numbers were divided by 11 instead of 12.

Which makes me wonder, from the very start this list had some players one or even two tiers above where they should be. I thought it was just a case of them sucking up to raters, but maybe the list's author messing up the math could have something to do with it as well.

In Hannes' case it's a bit weird, he is the only one in T1 who doesn't have 12 ratings (he got 11). It could be explained by Hannes not being willing to rate himself but that effectively means you should divide his overall rating sum (13) by 11 (number of voters) which gives an average of 1,18. So Hannes' rating should be correct. 

Edit: Actually, Ciiges and Dokletian also have 11 votes but Remao and Bedoyere got 12. I'm a bit confused so I will probably wait for Ciiges to clarify whether or not it's normal; before delving further into the checking.

Probably them not rating themselves (Hannes already told me he didnt see a reason to do that unlike others).

I think no one should rate themself, i felt like it would be arrogant to do this. I mean if you rate yourself tier 1 or 2, for me its like if anyone standing there and screaming: Hey guys i am better then you. But i dont have a problem if someone done it.
