Some mapping/control panel questions

I can't seem to get random maps to work properly upon server restart.

i.e:

set_map mp_random_multi_desert_large
add_map mp_random_multi_desert_large
add_map mp_random_multi_forest_large
add_map mp_random_multi_plain_large
add_map mp_random_multi_snow_large
add_map mp_random_multi_steppe_large

Lastly, is there a way to limit the classes of bots and so forth?
