Dedicated Event Childboards Pilot

Hello all!

We are running a test pilot where we are giving one EU and one NA event their own child board, as a way to further support the community.

To clearify: This does not mean that Napoleonic Wars League is given an 'Official FSE' status - that status is reserved for events organized by FSE staff members on FSE owned servers.

I would like to thank Community Representative Gokiller for pitching and working on this idea.
