i give up, how does one upload photos with Spoiler+ thing?

im new to forums in general and im trying to figure out, how to upload photos with the +Spoiler thing that hides  them

EDIT: Ok I don't know if you can actually spoiler the images themselves. Looks like they just get attached to the post itself.
