I processed the statistics early this month since we have no more events until December. Menelaos and his crew were gracious enough to give regiment members the Thanksgiving weekend off.
Regiment Statistics for the month of November:
This month's report is worthy of note. We have attained an unprecedented level of this regiment's participation. What we have lost in recruitment level this month, we have gained in member retention. As a result, our "Removal" section is vastly lower than in previous months and promotions have almost doubled. This contrast is very apparent when comparing this month's report to
last month's.
The most significant section of the entire report is Regiment Participation. This month we had a maximum of 27 members show up for a single event. That is our record so far. The previous record was 25. The 2 person increase for our record may not seem significant, but when the other participation stats are taken into consideration, it is clear that our regiment is maturing well.
Our average participation is also at the highest it has ever been: 23. On average, that's an increase of 6 members over October. Perhaps the single best statistic in the entire report: our lowest participation level for any single event this month was 19 members. When you consider that our avg. participation and lowest participation last month were 15 and 10 respectively, a minimum of 19 for November is phenomenal.
Anyways, I just wanted to share that with everyone to show that the 44th East Essex is not only stable, but also that our growth is strong.
