Admin rules
1. No admin item spawning
2. Warn-slay-kick-temp bann-perm bann
3.pay attention to the chat
4. Don't change map until the 5 round using the map
5. Don't reset unless someone Tked 8 or more ppl or downloaders could not get in in time
6. Don't use the adminasrator panel until its time to switch the map
7.send a occasional recruitment message saying to add 63e Wilhelm on steam
