Wanted to mention that all servers remained online during http://www.weather.com/news/southern-plains-southeast-derecho-20141003 however our staff was a bit slow in replying to the two tickets we had this weekend as our power, then internet went out, as well as having to hide in a basement for a while.
No open tickets currently.
There was one DDoS attack during this time to single client's Chicago server, but was dealt with by the onsite technicians and within 4 hours was fully filtered and back to solid low latency.

In addition to our previous direct providers Level3/TW Telecom, Verizon, AT&T, Time Warner Cable/Comcast and Cogent.
We couldn't find any available upgrades that we didn't already have in our EU locations.

Just bought a 30 slot Server from them,was up in about 5 minutes. So far seems stable,tested with around 15 players. Also ran it with 60 bots (each bot is counted as 1/2 a player),handled it no problem.
