Hello everyone! To break the monotony is NW public events, the 1st Royal Marines will be hosting a naval event again. With two amazing custom maps, an open sea battle and an island assault, we'll bring an exciting aspect of the game that has all but been ignored. As always, the enjoyment of everyone participating is our priority, so any suggestions are welcome.


Map One: Open Seas

The first map, as the title states, is an open seas map. Both teams will start on either ends of open water with multiple galleons, teamwork is key here as it is not the usual linebattle. FOL, FOC, OA, and ROC are not against the rules. Therefore, the team that works together to outsmart their adversaries will be the victors.

Map Two: Island Assault

To change things up, we are introducing an amphibious assault map into the mix. Like before, both teams will start on either sides of the map in open waters with a number of ships. However, this time the main objective is to seize control of the island. The island is a medium sized land mass encroached with jungles and sports strong defenses. Once landed on the beach, both teams will be subverted to trench warfare, small artillery fire, and skirmisher tactics. When on the island, no regiment must act as a line but as a unit. FOL and FOC will be tolerated but only when a regiment sticks together and works with their team. While controlling the island is advantageous, it is not required. Regiments can provide support from the waters if they'd like to.


General Rules:

With two varied maps, the playstyles are quite different for both. However, the rules are very loose. At this point in this game's lifespan, everyone here has participated in an organized event so everyone MUST conduct themselves as such.

Map One Rules: FOL, FOC, ROC, and OA are permitted One regiment per ship, if a regiment is too small to man one they can join another Map Two Rules: FOL, FOC, and ROC are permitted No ramboing
