Bully system

On some of theses topics I've seen some bullying going on and some inappropriate behaviour and I think there should be a system to report bullying to the forum heads or whatever or assing a few people to look threw a section of thread and see if there is any bullying of some sort and i have worked with a company called child Line and I look after there message boards.

So something has to be done here and if I could I would like to volunteer myself to look through the forum for bullying cause I don't take bullying lightly and I think it has to be delt with severely.

I guess there is a report to moderator button but in most cases it is normally just forum arguements that gotten out of hand, but I have only seen a few cases where people have gone out there way to harras of offend people.

Report to moderator is essentially for this, when you guys use it we can then determine the need for punishment, and if so the severity required.
