My opinion on windows 10 is a bit mixed up.Seems the installer they have causes a lot of trouble when installing and it can crash as it has happened to me and many others, lots of games cant be played yet there(dont know how many or if its even true but random gamers told me they cant open games),it may cause lagg after you upgrade the pc so better format it too.For the good side they have the nice looks of windows 8 with the menu of windows 7 which i love, needs less space and from what i have seen in my other pc some games run better.

As said, a minor drawback is that some games don't work.  :(

Haven't tried it out fully, but I expect that the compatibility issue will be resolved in the next couple months. For the time being though, it seems to be a decent improvement. We'll see how it does by late fall and into the winter months.

I'm itching to get off 8.1 on my laptop so I'll probably upgrade pretty soon. Don't see any reason to upgrade from 7 on my desktop though, especially with the gaming compatibility issues.

Don't update. Every time I start Warband I get a deafening noise and Shadowplay only works when you disable the microsoft game recording software by creating a bloody account there. Also they jew all your data.

Only issue I've had was occasional screen tearing which stopped when I upgraded my video drivers.

Have any of the game compatibility issues been dealt with yet?

Last time i had problems with windows 10 and games was when it was in beta, seems like they fixed everything. One thing that have changed to me is that Battlenet games is a lot slower to load.

After all i believe windows 10 is as good as windows 7 but with some more fancy features

Windows 8 and 10 are a bitch with games. Generally run worse than 7 or even Vista.
