|Information| The 18th new infantry regiment for Blood & Iron, we recruit anyone who can speak English (This means EU is welcome if they are willing to put up with potential lag). We hope to attend events once 3.0 is released. We aim to be one of the best regiments out there and to also be respectable members of the Warband community. Members of the regiment will also be advised to use realistic Japanese names and it will be preferred but it will not be forced upon. We will also play various other mods and games outside of Warband such as CS:GO, Osu!, League of Legends, DOTA 2, or any other weeb games you can think of.   [18th]Rank~Name

In 1904, it deployed again for the Russo-Japanese War where it fought in several major battles. Between 1928 and 1936, the regiment was deployed to China where it engaged in two military operations in China, though it spent most of the time on garrison and occupation duty. With the start of the Second Sino-Japanese War in the summer of 1937, the regiment participated in the Battle of Shanghai and then participated in the major campaigns of central China. In 1944, the 18th Regiment was sent to the Pacific theater as part of the 29th Division. On the way to Saipan, the transport ship that was carrying the regiment, the Sakito Maru, was torpedoed and sunk. Over half the regiment drowned, but survivors were rescued and delivered to Saipan. Some stragglers had to be left behind, but the majority of the regiment was sent to Guam and prepared to repel the American invasion. Members of the 18th Regiment participated in both the Battle of Saipan and the Battle of Guam. In both battles, nearly all soldiers of the 18th Regiment were killed in action. A few soldiers survived the massed banzai charges and attempted to evade capture by hiding in the jungles, but as an organization the regiment became defunct and the ranks were not replenished. After the battle on Saipan, one officer of the regiment, Captain Sakae Ōba, distinguished himself when he took command of some soldiers and assumed responsibility for the civilians who had survived the battle. Ōba and his men surrendered in December 1945, three months after the official end of World War II. Battle Record [close]

Hello there, I am Sendari or as some of you know, KingWizard. I enjoy making signatures, banners, and headers in my free time and would like to offer my services out to the NW community. I used to have KingWizard's Banner Factory a long time ago where my mediocre work is still displayed. In my time away from signature making I have experimented with new ideas and learned from a couple of community members how to increase the quality of my work. I have a plan  to try and complete every project in under 72 hours upon accepting. I wish I could finish projects faster but with school I wont have the time I need to do so.

Regiments / Regimental Troublemakers Database

Hello, I don't know for sure if this should be here but if it isn't please let me know. Anyways, I want to start a database for regimental leaders to use to see if the person they are recruiting is someone that can be expected to behave in a mature way. This way leaders can know before had what type of person they are letting in and what to watch out for.


What this database will not be
This database does not guarantee that said person will behave in such way nor that they are bad people. It's use is not meant to offend anyone who ends up on it.

How to find someone in the database
It is very simple, everyone who is entered into the database will be assigned a tag of 4 numbers and 3 letters (0000-XXX) starting from 0001-AAA. All you have to do is find the person you are looking for in one of the three lists and that will give you the tag. Then click the tag to go to the players page on the Wiki and all information will be there.

Who to talk to

At this moment in time please send information to me on steam (https://steamcommunity.com/id/TheKingWizard/) or here on the forums. If someone wishes to help please let me know.

Requirements to add someone to the list.
To add someone to the list there are 4 things needed
- Leaders and 2 other regiment members who can testify against the person
- Persons Steam Address
- List of known in-game names
- Reasons why player deserves to be placed on list

How to get off the list
If you feel like you have changed your ways and wish to be removed from the list you'll need these things
- Leader and 5 other regiment members willing to vouch
- No bans on Official servers for at least a month before posting (This database isn't working with Flying Squirrel Entertainment so you'll need a server admin to prove that you have not.)
- At least 1 problem less month since Removal post

Other Games / Battlefield 1942 WWI Mod Battle Event.

Hello all, As some of you may now Battlefield 1942 is free on Origin. I'm am planning on hosting a battle event for the mod called Battlefield 1918. The rules and date are not set yet since i want to see how many people are interested first. Most likely it will be that people will be organized in 4-5 man squads to promote teamplay. About Us

We are a new brand new regiment that are dedicated to destroying the enemies of the king. We are very strict in our training but most of the time we like to have fun in and out of NW.  The need for such strict training is to prove that we Afrikaners can compete with the best regiments Europe has to offer. We would like to only recruit mature players who are ready to uphold the name of the 1st South African Regiment of Foot and strive to be respectable active members of the NW community.

History
I have been having these strange dreams... There are these soldiers that I see, dark soldiers from Africa. They are a unstoppable force these Highlanders of the Cape, We threw every regiment of Grenadiers we had at them but they still were no match for the melee skills of the Africans. Our lines broke under their heavy musket fire, more devastating than any piece of artillery. New reports from the recent battles prove my suspicions to be correct, there is no stopping them. I don't know what motivates these men, But they scare the life out of me. - A excerpt from Napoleon Bonaparte's journal.

And Napoleon was right. The 1st South African Regiment of Foot was one of the most effective units in the British Armies at the time. They always lead the charge on enemy positions and because of this they had very high casualty rate. But this actually would benefit the regiment since the weak and uncoordinated soldiers would die and be replaced by younger, stronger troops. The most decisive battle they ever fought was when they joined up with the Prussian Garde-Volontar Jagers to rout the PLG Cav from the battlefield with their lances between their legs.

Titles
Flag Bearer : Carries the Regimental Colors into battle. Only soldiers who have shown extreme bravery and lived to tell the tale can have this honor.

Drummer : Plays leaders commands to guide those who may have trouble hearing said leader. Usually a recruit or private whose musket abilities still require some training, though any member may volunteer for the duty

Piper/Fifer : Same as the Drummer but only used when a decent amount members attend the linebattle

Chosen men : Assigned to the 2nd line. Used as cannon fodder to cover retreats and to distract a enemy. Mainly members who are skilled in melee are used but others can be used depending on the situation.

But I'm back now and that means the return of King Wizard's Banner Factory. As some of you may know from my old thread that I live in the U.S. and played with the amazing group known as the North American Public Regiment or the Pubs as most people call them. I am the founder of the 10eme Regimente D' Legere which I would later hand over to my then Second in Command and Friend CelticBreton. How Do I Get One of Those Nifty Signatures?

I probably spend about 10 hours a day on various Forums and the rest I spend with my regiment and/or Editing ImagesWhy am I here?I am offering to make Signatures for use in these Forums or any other. I mainly use GIMP and Paint.net on my projects and I admit I'm not the Picasso or Van Gogh of signature making but I spend 90% of my time editing and creating images for myself and others. I try to accept every project I can no matter the difficulty of it. Due to my regular life and other projects your signature may take up to 48 hours after the orginal post to be completed. If there is any reason it may take more than that I will send you a unfinished copy in a Personal Message just to let you know that I am working on yours but that I may be backed up or had important stuff going on in my life.How can you request a Signature to be made?Ok, so now some of you are interested, But your asking yourself "How can I get a Signature made?"
