I don't think you should really be signing up when most of your members are part of other regiments already.

I do not know what you're saying, I'm Colonel of the 3dDiv, I have  100 active members and tell me that my people are not in my regiment?

Not quite that simple, sure that is how it works but if he is only bringing 15 people for matches anyway, then lets say 5 of those people then attend their other regiments RGL matches he won't be bringing the required amount of people.

That paired with the fact that people double regging with another RGL regiment should be forbidden entirely not just if you decide to play for only one of them.
