I guess it comes down to personal preferences. And I cannot be bothered to come up with fictional names, details, armies, settings, and so forth. Too much of a workload. Besides, it would take too long for people to get to know the setting, instead of just "Oh, Austria, 1850"

and what if everyone played as a vassal of any nation? Imagine it: Players will choose who should be the marshal. Then everyone will have to follow marshal and do what he orders. I think it would be awesome
