Tonight we had a pretty good Match against our polish friends from the 3.pp. Not only that we could achieve a clear win, through that we were also able to gain our Honour back, as the 3.pp beat us just a close time ago. Furthermore one of our Recruits got promoted and we could assing one of our Medals for outstanding performance! GG WP to the 3.pp!

Tonight we could gain two protuded Wins restoring Honour lost in Battles before. The first GF we fought was against the 14.pp, that was able to beat us closely in a 1vs1 Linebattle just two days ago. After that we fought our second GF against our Friends and Rivals of the 18th "Royal Irish" which was our enemy in tense 1vs1 and GFs before and beat us last time as well. This time we could prevail against both of them!

Field Report

Yesterday the participated 23rd in the 9th Regimental Groupfighting Tournament EU 10vs10. In the Groupstage we had to face a strong Group consisting of the KK-A, the 45e and the 13thRS. After it turned out that the 45e would not attend, the only way for us to reach the Higherbracket was to beat the 13thRS. Unfortunately they beat us in a close Match. Nonetheless we could turn the tournament into something very positive for us afterwards, as we played 3 very strong Matches against 2ndHess, 18th and 32ndBL which we all won and thereby winning the lower bracket of the Tournament and in respect of the Rules getting assigned 4th Place. The Tournament gave us the possibility to play a few very intense Matches and our Members heavily enjoyed it. We are happy waiting for the next year!

Promotions

Furthermore we had some Changes in the Administration of the Regiment. Our brave Second in Command Silverbolt got promoted to an Lieutenant to participate even more in the Leading of the Regiment in the future. Our administrative NCO Felix dropped out of his Position due to personal reasons. In Respect of the statutes of the 23rd we was assigned Kingsman for his Service. Finally we promoted a new NCO. The Grenadier Felociraptor will now serve as a Lance Corporal and will focus on the training and melee education of our Members. The Regiment falicitates:

Roster updatet! Furthermore in its desire to be more transparent the 23rd updatet its own rules in regard to Invites. In the future only those players who are real "Hang arounds" will be called returning invites and will use the special Tagg "Sld". All other players that come to invite will from now on use the classic tagg "Inv". Of course we will still play without any Invites in Tournaments and if the enemy requests such in a friedly match.

The 23rd Regiment of Foot is recruiting! In our Endeavor to defend the position as strongest german Regiment we are looking for new players that share that goal with us. As we are a german Regiment of course we are mainly recruiting german Players. Nonetheless our Leader Von Bergen got a long and successfull tradition of allowing players from other nations to join his Regiment if they are willing to do so. Of course the commanding and regular language in this Regiment is and will be german, still we think german commands are very easy to learn and therefore should be no reason for any Player to join the Regiment. If you want to fight together with your favourite Germans join us today! Important note here is, that in regards to double-regging only the Membership in another competitive infantry Regiment is forbidden in our Rules. If you want to play in another unit or a roleplay Regiment, that shall not stop you!
