So I made this jokey meme of this my Colonel Aragorn or Nazgul and he went bat shit for no reason, this is an actual picture of him.

So by "guy went batshit" I am assuming you have no permission to post the picture.

If he comes on here and says you can, then feel free to put it back up but until then the image will be removed.

Please note that this pretty much falls under posting private messages (rule 7).

Because technically rule 7 doesn't encompass personal pictures we will probably be making changes to it in order to encompass personal pictures/images of individuals in the wider community that have been posted without their permission.
