Not really, they are destroyed and Hardcase left the community so I'm taking the name for my friend for the regiment he is starting today. The name is still reserved by Hardcase though. To take the regiment name you'd have to talk to Hardcase and get the rights for it.
I have the rights. To get the rights to it you have to talk to Hardcase about since he never gave up the rights to the name.
I am pretty sure if the regiment has been dead for a long enough time and he leader has quit the community forever, than the name can still be claimed and opened up.Well it doesn't work that way though, the leader to a regiment will own the rights to the name whether or not he left the community.
I'm sure an admin will happily tell us. However, If I am correct it should be opened.
The problem's been solved since they changed their name to 15thTX, it's all fine now.I'm sure an admin will happily tell us. However, If I am correct it should be opened.
An admin already spoke on the 1st Texas affair, same situation. You have no rights to this name. Move along.
