Aside from LIR what other NA regiments are out there still?

84th is pretty good and solid community would recommend them and Im saying this as an EU btw.

Were pretty good mate! still active as ever in Battle Grounds, and now we are pushing our members to get in NW on the days we don't have BG event, what regiment are you with currently?

So you got the 1KL, 7te, 42nd, 26p, and 2HR? a Mixture of Rhein, British, Polish, Prussian/Austrian, and French?

No, 1KL is Saxon, 7te is Bavarian, 26p is Hanoverian, 2HR is Westphalian, and 42nd is for competitive, but is Scottish (No pun intended)

Saxon for Rhein, 7te sounds like something from Prussia or Austria as the regiments I've encountered throughout the 6+ years in this game sounds like Prussian/Austrians. the 26p reminded me of the 26pp in the EU events which these men are Polish. and the 2HR which are correctively Westphalian, and in parts of Napoleonic History these soldiers allied with Napoleon, aka French.

Any Regular North American Regs out there that isn't just Competative?

There's a fair number of regiments that don't do any competitive events, especially now that NANWL is gone. The LIR is one of those regiments, focusing mainly on linebattles and sieges.
