Full disclosure: this duel tournament can't be used for duel ratings unless it's done in a round-robin format. This is just because it's not possible to compare two players if they're in different brackets in a single elimination tournament. We haven't done round robin in ages so I think now's a good time. It's up to what Sleek decides though. We can always do round robin later in a separate tourney.

If you do change to round-robin kick the EUs out so we don't waste time (sorry EUs!)

You could still do a six round Swiss for a balance. Anyone who wouldn't be at or near the top of that is probably not going to go on the list anyway.
