I'f I'm not mistaken, someone last night with his name rdmed a few guys and left before I could ban him on the Napoleonic Roleplay Server. Just putting his actions into context.
As for his unban request, he should be banned for another month for being in contempt of the admins of Tropical Para server Some people need to realise that pretending to give a shit about their unban request actually matters...

Random objects? No. The sandbags are the walls of the fort, the planks are there for me not to fall, and yea. The gabions are there to give the fort a better look.
The last picture, god... These aren't even my building. Yes, those are random objects on the deck, right there, but you are wrong. I did not build them.

I banned you not for putting "one tnt on the middle of the map" but for sinking boats in spawn with tnt since you were warned many times, and when i saw you breaking the same rule you left the server like avoiding the ban. And after 2 days you joined the server, i banned you without warning since the many temp bans you had for rule breaking.
