What is the font you are using? I have seen it a couple of times but mine stayed the same.

Drag the font file from the desired mod's /Data folder and the font.dds texture from /Textures into the equivalent NW folders.

Very nice sounds in general ;D, but maybe a new one for rifles? (in my opinion is a very low sound for a rifle)
